Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return the product within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund.

ToTo initiate a return or exchange, please contact us by mail at contactus@artarsouf.com before shipping the item back. We will send you a return address depending on your location. A refund will be processed 3 days after receipt of the item back in our facility. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.

Handle with Care:

Your ArtArsouf artwork will be carefully wrapped in bubble wrap to guarantee a safe delivery. When unpacking, handle the piece with care. If, for any reason, it arrives damaged, please reach out to us promptly.

Missing or damaged items:

We aim for your utmost satisfaction upon receiving your order. If any issues arise, please reach out to us at contactus@artarsouf.com, and we will promptly address the situation. Remember to capture photos of both the package and its contents and retain the original packaging.
