The ceramic balloons and popsicles are designed for wall installations and you can hang them anywhere in your home or office. For safety reasons do not hang the ceramic balloons and other ceramic artworks above a crib, a bed or a couch.

Hanging the balloons and popsicles is a simple process. Each piece is designed with a convenient hanging hole at the back. To display them, treat it similar to hanging a painting. For visual guidance, please refer to our instructional video

Ceramic is a delicate material. Handle with care when unpacking. Once securely installed on the wall, the pieces are designed to endure.

We offer free worldwide shipping for all orders. US orders are shipped with USPS.

We offer Standard Shipping: You should receive your order within 10-14 business days. Free Shipping.

If you wish to upgrade to expedited shipping, your order will arrive within 3-7 business days.

We do not GUARANTEE expedited shipping to PO Boxes only to physical addresses. Shipping price depends on the size and the weight of you package as well as your location.

All orders are shipped with a tracking number. Once your parcel has shipped, we will update your order.

Your purchase will arrive individually wrapped and sealed. If a product arrived damaged please send a photo of the damage including a photo of the packaging so we can see the condition it arrived at.

Despite our best efforts, sometimes circumstances out of our control lead to lost packages. We know it is frustrating! Before contacting us, we would recommend you contact the shipping carrier responsible for your package, as they may be able to initiate a search for your package and locate it. Changed your mind? If you would like to change or cancel an order please contact us up to 14 days after receiving the order. If your order has already been shipped from our studio, you will need to follow the same return process as stated below.

Items must be returned unused and in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return on items deemed not to be resale-able.

Returns are processed within 3 business days. Once we receive your item and have verified its condition, you will receive notification of receipt and will be issued a refund through the identical method paid.

Please allow up to 5 business days for refunds / credits to be processed in the same form as the original payment was made. Please note: EXPEDITED shipping fees are NOT refundable. If a free gift with purchase was received, it must be returned to receive full credit.
