Shipping & Returns

Each ceramic sculpture is made to order in our studio. Please allow 7-10 business days for us to make and ship your order. Once your order is on its way, we'll provide you with tracking information so you can keep tabs on its progress. If you need your order by a specific date, please get in touch with us!

Returns & Exchanges:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return the product within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us before shipping the item back. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.

Missing or damaged items:

We strive for your complete satisfaction upon receiving your order. If there is any issue with your order, please contact us at contactus@artarsouf.com and we will remedy the situation promptly.

In case of a damaged item please email us photos of the item as well as the original packaging.

Your Art Arsouf art piece will be securely packaged in bubble wrap to ensure it will reach you safely. If for any reason it arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.
